Takeda Castle is famous for their stunning sea of cloud (unkai / 雲海). It is called ‘The Castle in the Sky’. This breathtaking and mystical view is truly mesmerizing.


If you want to see the sea of clouds, the best season is from late September to late November, and the ideal viewing time is from dawn until around 8 am.
